This Aerochamber with medium mask will fit toddlers through school-age. My children are 4 and 7 and still use this Aerochamber. There is an improved version of this chamber which is anti-static, to keep the medication from clinging to the sides of the Aerochamber and allowing more of it into the lungs, and it also has a visible indicator to more clearly see when the child is inhaling (to better time the actuation so they get more of the medication with the initial breath and also to count the number of breaths they have taken -- they must breathe at least 6 breaths). It's called AeroChamber Max with medium mask. I would recommend that one over this one.
