Shipping was fast.It only took about on hour or so to set it up.If I can get it setup right the first time, anyone can.Instructions were fairly clear; no real problems with them.My wife loves the bed and especially the coil-spring mattress.The mattress we replaced this with was foam and it "cratered" as soon as we got it.The full electric is wonderful.No more cranking the bed up and down as with the previous bed.My shoulders and elbow, as well as my wife's home health care givers really appreciate this feature.I would recommend this bed package to anyone.
