Almost didn't purchase this model because of no reviews. Now I'm so glad I bought this prior to my foot surgery. I'm 4'11" the height is perfect. I scoot around the house backwards. I can do chores like washing dishes by resting my knee on the seat as I can not place weight on my foot for 6 weeks and this device has been a lifesaver. Well made, simple to assemble, basket is handy to move things from one room to another. Item does have a caution label informing consumers to not utilize as a wheelchair. Oh well.As far as I'm concerned this is a total bargain.
