I have been using the HaloShield Underpad for one month with someone who is completely incontinent of bladder. The pad is placed under them in bed and absorbs the urine without leaking onto the bedding. The surface in contact with the person does not become unreasonably damp. I remove the pads twice during a 12-hour period. They can be easily washed in a home washer and dryer and do not shrink when washed and dried as directed.
