I purchased this bedside commode for my disabled mother a year ago. It is very sturdy and supports her weight well. Because it is all plastic there is no worry about rust, paint flaking, or screws that can scratch fragile skin.I think this design is superior to the standard metal frame commodes we have purchased previously.
