I purchased Thera-band specifically to treat tennis elbow after reading an ad in Reader's Digest touting the high success rate in treating this condition in a Thera-band test. While the product itself has promise, is well constructed and appears to offer multiple therapies as advertised in the Amazon.com description, the instructions are sparse as they are not specific to treating any given medical condition, particularly tennis elbow for which I purchased the product.
