Item says it fits up to size 50. I have a size 40 waist and I don't see how anyone larger than me could wear this brace.I ordered a different Mueller brace first (#4581) that said it fit up to size 44 That is ridiculous.I have a size 40 waist and I couldn't breathe with the brace on it was so tight.
