We used these to bolster the absorbency of the diapers that were brought to my Mother by Hospice. Without these pads the patient was soaked through her clothes.With these pads the patient was dry through the night.
If you are getting free diapers, use these.
Otherwise use the Tranquillity diapers. They are the best I could find.
