I bought this chair when I was pregnant and in my third trimester. I have a standing shower stall without a tub.I was having a hard time accomplishing much in the shower and this really helped.I also used it when I went into to labor at home.It was really relaxing to have a place to sit and let water relax my muscles.After I had my baby, which had to be born via c-section, this chair helped me once again in the shower.It was comfortable, stable, had a nice large seat, adjustable leg height, and nonslip. All in all, this chair was very helpful.However, it is pretty large and doesn't easily assemble and disassemble for storage between showers.My husband had to find somewhere to put it when he took a shower.
