This is an excellent product being used by a family member who is disabled. It has considerably eased the discomfort that comes from sitting in a wheelchair all day. It eases pain that previously was felt on the pressure points and also eliminated the sores that sometimes accompany this situation.I would highly recommend this cushion it has been a godsend and eased the worry re pressure point sores. It is expensive but to me worth every penny as the other air flotation cushions that were used were no where near as effective nor as comfortable as the Roho cushion.really a worthwhile investment.
