Oh boy, is this a wonderful product. It really has been a help to me. I have serious heart disease that cannot be repaired and I tire very quickly. I can sit down anytime by locking the brakes and turning around. I use the seat often. I even sit down on it in front of the stove to cook.I can lift it into my big high van with ease. It truly does weigh about 10 pounds like the ad says. I carry my portable phone, my Nitroglycerin, and a 20X zoom digital camera every where I go plus my fanny pack hangs on the handle or I can hide all of that under the cover of the pouch.
It's my third rollator and the only one I could lift.
The dog likes to take a ride occasionally in it, too. She weighs 2.2 pounds.
It took me about 30 minutes to assemble it by myself and then adjust the height of the wheels and handles.
