I bought this cushion for my mostly wheelchair-bound Mother who has a pinched nerve in her tailbone that causes constant discomfort. She has been using it now for a month, and seldom complains any more of her back pain, and she attributes it to the cushion. I can't imagine that a much more expensive cushion would work any better....great product, especially for such a small investment!!
