This is quite simply the best wheel chair cushion I have used.The cover is now developing a crack (in the vinyl on the bottom) but the cushion is still comfortable, after a long life. At the time I bought it, they were $60, and the price has almost doubled.If I can find one closer to the original price, I'll replace the damaged cushion.This is the same memory foam that is so effective in the beds, and pillows, and it will keep you comfortable, or protect you from pressure sores, quite well.If you can't afford it, buy a viscoelastic pillow, put it in a protective vinyl case, and use that. 'Nuff Said!
