I purchased this commode for my elderly mother. Delivery was very quick. The commode frame arrived completely assembled. I just needed to snap on the toilet seat and adjust the height of the legs, which was very easy to do. In a few short minutes it was ready for use. It was placed over the toilet so there's no need to use the bucket or splash shield. The toilet seat is now at a comfortable height for my mother to use and she is very satisfied with this purchase. The frame is very sturdy and the color of the commode is a darker gray then it appears on my computer screen.
