Mediflow Waterbase Pillow Review

After years of trying out every kind of pillow on the market, spending beaucoup bucks and continuing to wake up with neck and shoulder pain, I decided to try this.It was deliverd 5 days from order, and the filling-up process was simple (very clear directions). My first night with it I slept straight through, with none of the usual 3 a.m. pillow-punching-and-readjustment interludes, and I woke up feeling totally rested and free of any neck/shoulder pain.

As noted in the description, you can adjust the fullness as desired, but "medium" works well for a mix of back and side sleeping.And be aware that once filled this pillow is somewhat heavy and unwieldy; if you're a person who likes to use pillows to prop yourself up and read in bed, keep a couple of your old foam or fiber-filled ones around for that.But use this one for sleeping on; you'll be *very* happy with it.
